Top Of The Range

The Nextivity QUATRA 4000c is the most advanced multi-band signal booster in the world. It greatly enhances 4G, 4G LTE, and 5G cellular signal for any wireless device across all major American carriers.

QUATRA 4000c will give you an incredible +100db in gain. Cover your entire building up to 200,000 square feet in strong cell signal. Great for large enterprise spaces like office buildings, hospitals, retail stores and indoor venues.

Utilize the QUATRA 4000c to create a CBRS for your own private 4G wireless network for blazing fast speeds, better security, and more reliable uptime.

Better Boosting Power

Nextivity signal amplifiers provide more gain than the competition. Enjoy enhanced signal with the QUATRA 4000c with up to +100 dB, which is a difference of +30 dB or up to 1000x more power. No other enterprise-grade booster gives you this much gain over this much space.

DAS Hybrid System

The QUATRA 4000c works with a hybrid system consisting of two elements. The network unit draws in outside cellular signal and relays it to inside coverage units. Each CU (Coverage Unit) supplies signal to the immediate area both horizontally and vertically. This means that a CU can create a coverage bubble that will extend through floors.

PoE and Digital Cabling

With PoE, your Coverage Units can be installed anywhere. The network unit will supply power via ethernet to every coverage unit. Digital Cat5 cabling makes installation easy as well as improve signal. Now you can run longer, simpler cable setups and still have increased signal even deep inside your building.

"C" for CBRS Private Networking

CBRS, the Citizens Broadband Radio Service, is the new feature of the QUATRA 4000c. With a subscription to Nextivity's HARMONY Private Networking Service, a CBRS-enabled private network can be generated. This gives businesses the flexibility of expanding their wireless connectivity strategy to include a private network alongside superior cellular coverage.

HARMONY Private Networking is low-cost, low-risk, and ultra flexible compared to existing options to set up a private network.

Remote Management

Cel-Fi's cloud-based WAVE app allows you to manage and control your QUATRA system from anywhere. Simply log into the app using a computer, or even your phone, and create alerts, change settings, or update software. The QUATRA is designed to be a powerful, comprehensive enterprise signal booster system that is easy to install and does exactly what you need it to.

The WAVE app can also be used to monitor the private network set up via HARMONY.

Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c System Components

Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c
Network Unit (NU)

QUATRA Component - Network Unit

Model Number Q44-1M34CNU

The hub of any QUATRA 4000c system, the Network Unit features four donor antenna ports: one for each major cellular carrier, and one for a private networking signal source.

Each NU can power up to six Coverage Units using Ethernet cabling or an LTE modem for up to 200,000 sq ft of coverage. It connects via modem to the Cel-Fi WAVE Platform for remote monitoring and management.

Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c
Coverage Unit (CU)

QUATRA Component - Coverage Unit

Model Number Q41-RECU

Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c Coverage Units introduce a great deal of scalability to any QUATRA 4000c hybrid DAS system. Anywhere from one to six units can be used per Network Unit or Fiber Hub to attach up to four passive DAS antennas to. High-end devices, they are self-optimizing and self-configuring.

CUs are PoE enabled and designed to be extremely cost-efficient.

Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c
Fiber Hub

QUATRA Component - Fiber Hub

Model Number Q40-1234FNU

A QUATRA 4000c Fiber Hub allows even more scalability for a Cel-Fi QUATRA 4000c system at a lower cost overhead.

These can be connected via fiber to a Network Unit up to 2km away and allow an additional one to six Coverage Units to be attached to it, effectively doubling the size of the system with significantly less overhead.

About the QUATRA 4000c

The Nextivity QUATRA 4000c is an all-digital hybrid DAS signal booster system. It includes a network unit and a coverage unit. The Network Unit receives and amplifies the outside signal, then uses Cat5 cable to send the signal to Coverage Units throughout the installation. The Coverage Units then make use of traditional dome or panel antennas to spread the amplified signal throughout its substantial range. Six coverage units can be supported at one time. One 4000c NU can support up to 6 CUs for a maximum coverage area up to 75,000 sq ft. Four Cel-Fi QUATRAs–with support up to 24 CUs–when connected to a small cell can provide unified coverage up to 200,000 sq ft.

The Nextivity QUATRA 4000c boosts signal for all major US carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) simultaneously. It comes with a CBRS port to set up a private wireless network on the 3550-3700 MHz CBRS bandwidths.

With up to +100dB, more than +30 dB or up to 1000x more power compared to other boosters, you can be sure that your whole building will be covered with enhanced signal. Cat5 cabling has less signal loss, making the QUATRA 4000c the perfect choice for larger buildings and long cable runs. Cat5 also supports PoE, allowing you to run power to your coverage unit from anywhere.

Combining the industry-leading cellular coverage that QUATRA systems are known for with CBRS private networking capabilities, QUATRA 4000c gives businesses the flexibility of expanding their wireless connectivity strategy to include a private network alongside reliable public cellular coverage. In addition to intelligent, multi-carrier signal boosting, QUATRA 4000c pairs perfectly with the Nextivity HARMONY Private Networking service to extend private networking coverage throughout the building.

Set up, control, manage and more with the WAVE app. WAVE is cloud-based and can be accessed from anywhere. You can set up alerts and alarms, change settings, or just make sure that everything is ticking along as it should with just your phone.

Can the QUATRA 4000c be set up outdoors?

No. QUATRA units are not weatherproof and must be set up indoors.

Can you combine both donor antenna feeds?

Yes, if the donor signal is coming from the same direction.

What is the USB on the back of the QUATRA 4000c used for?

The USB on the back of the QUATRA 4000c NU is for COMPASS XR and is for Nextivity or installer use only.

Can I make the NU to CU cables more than 330 feet?

Yes. The standard Cat5e cable length maximum is 330 feet, or 660 feet if a QUATRA Range Extender is used halfway along the cable length. 490 feet (984 feet with a QRE) is possible with thicker 22/23 gauge CAT6/7 Ethernet cables.
