How To Install
Installing the HiBoost Ultra Signal is simple. There are five steps:
Install Outside Antenna.
Connect to the Amplifiers.
Install Inside Antenna.
Connect all with cables.
Power on.
You will need to first locate the spot where outside signal is the best. Walk around your home and check the number of bars on your phone or smarthphone app. This is one of the most important steps in the process.
Install the outside antenna in the desired area, as high as you can.
Connect the otuside antenna to the amplifier using the 50 ft outdoor cable.
Once this is done, connect the inside antenna to the to amplifier using the 50 ft indoor cable.
Ensure that there is enough space between the two antennas to prevent oscillation. (Vertical: 20 feet, Horizontal: 50 feet).
Simply plug in the amplifier to the power supply. Once you see the green lights, that means Go.

Will the HiBoost Ultra Signal Work With 5G?
The HiBoost Ultra Signal does not boost 5G frequencies. However, it will enhance talk, text and data for all 5G/4G cellular devices over 4G frequencies.
Is There a Limit to How Many users a HiBoost Ultra Signal Can Support?
No. Multiple users using various carriers can access the booster simultaneously.
How many indoor antennas can be used with the HiBoost Ultra Signal?
As many as two indoor antennas can be used.
How Do I Set Up the Signal Supervisor App?
Download the Signal Supervisor app. Then, register on the app. Switch on the booster (with the included Bluetooth/Wifi antenna attached, and then click "Add Device" to register the booster into the app.
Can I Use the HiBoost Ultra Signal Without downloading the app?
The app is optional. If you do not want to download it, you do not have to. The app does, however, provide simpler installation, remote monitoring, and convenient technical support.
