Surecall 5X Max: The Most Powerful Commercial Signal Booster Kit Available

The SureCall 5X Max significantly boosts voice, text, and data along 5G and 4G technologies across all major carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, and more) simultaneously.

The 5X Max was designed for large offices, multi-family residences, industrial and enterprise buildings, as well as educational, technology, and healthcare campuses.

Superior Technology, Superior Signal

SureCall’s proprietary Extended Range Technology (ERT) joins with the popular Fusion5X to create the 5X Max: the most powerful, reliable signal booster for commercial buildings. It particularly shines in rural and suburban areas, with twice the power of boosters without ERT.

In addition, SureCall’s patented 2XP technology doubles uplink transmission, ensuring consistent tower-to-device connection. Combine ERT with 2XP, and you will never drop a costly call again.

Two Boosters, One Housing, Total Control

The SureCall 5X Max features dual interior antenna ports, supporting up to 12 interior antennas – more than the competition. This delivers double the gain and provides immense scalability for any size building. Built in SureIQ technology automatically optimizes incoming signals, preventing shutdown and always providing the maximum boost possible.

The integrated LCD displays booster status and system parameters in real time and at a glance. Remote monitoring is provided by complete IoT cloud access via the SureCall Cloud, allowing installers, technicians, and end-users the ability to check the status of the booster and tweak its functionality at will.

Two Variant Kits, Even More Customizability

In the base kit, the SureCall 5X Max comes with either two indoor panel antennas or two ultra-thin dome antennas. Panel antennas are ideally placed in hallways or long rooms, while dome antennas are best placed in large rooms.

The 5X Max can handle up to 12 indoor antennas. Give us a call at 1-800-969-8189 to get even more customization for the 5X Max.

American-Made, Best in Class Performance. Guaranteed.

SureCall 5X Max provides more coverage, more scalability, and more value at its price point than any of its competitors. Proprietary technologies and superior design allow for the highest capacity and fastest data across the new low-band 5G bandwidths, as well as voice and text across 4G, for every carrier.

All SureCall boosters are designed, built, and tested in the USA. Satisfaction is guaranteed through lifetime technical support, and the industry-leading 3-year warranty (5-year extended warranty available).

How Do You Install the Outside Antenna?

The SureCall 5X Max is a complex, enterprise level kit. For these, we recommend a consultation before you begin trying to install the system.

Please call us at 1-800-969-8189 for a free consultation and answers to any other questions you might have about installation.

What is ERT and Why Does it Matter?

ERT is “Extended Range Technology,” a proprietary technology devleloped and patented by SureCall. It consists of placing a booster right near the outside antenna, mitigating any signal loss derived from long cable runs. This allows up to +3dBi to be broadcast (or roughly double the power), with significantly less signal noise.

In practice, this translates to more coverage and clearer calls, particularly in rural or suburban areas.

You Mention a Lot of Other Technologies with the 5X Max. SureIQ, 2XP... What Do Any of These Mean?

These are SureCall’s terms for the 5X Max’s ability to self-attenuate and increase its uplink power. Self-attenuating is necessary for boosters to continue functioning in high-signal areas (per FCC guidelines). Increased uplink power allows cellular devices to more easily reach and maintain contact with cell towers.

Both are fancy names for desirable effects on your signal booster.

How Many Cellular Devices Can the 5X Max Support at One Time?

The SureCall 5X Max can support numerous devices, with the cell towers themselves being the only real limit on how many can be used. An average cell tower allows about 30 simultaneous users per voice and 60 per data, for each carrier.

Do I Need to Contact My Carrier for the SureCall 5X Max to Work?

Registration with your carrier is required by FCC regulations.

Can the SureCall 5X Max Be Expanded With More/Stronger Antennas?

Absolutely! We recommend this in order to expand your coverage. Should you decide to buy an extra indoor antenna, you will need a splitter and extra lengths of cable in order to make use of it. The 5X Max can handle up to 12 indoor antennas at once, with decent outside signal.

This applies to the outdoor antenna as well. Should you find that the included yagi antenna is not powerful enough for what you need, you can always upgrade it with an Ultra High Gain or LPDA antenna.

Can the Input Signal from Your Cell Phone be Password Protected?

No, you cannot protect cellular signal with a password. Everyone who enters your home or office will receive boosted signal.

How Long Can the Cable Run be Between the Amplifier and the Antennas? Is there a Difference if More (5-12 total) Indoor Antennas are Installed?

There are two pieces of information to keep in mind when talking about cable runs.

First, the shorter the better. If you can get away with a shorter run, do it. The included 75 ft of SC-400 (SureCall400) cable has been cut and optimized for its specs and length. Should you have need of a longer run, upgrade your cable. The SureCall 5X Max has N-Female termination, so you’ll want cabling or an adapter with N-Male termination.

Second, bear in mind separation between antennas. For your system to work as well as it can, you’ll want around 20 ft of vertical or 50 ft of horizontal separation between your indoor and outdoor antennas. This is a caveat to the above point: your cable runs should always be longer than 20 ft vertically or 50 ft horizontally between both antennas.

How is Remote Monitoring Handled?

Remote monitoring is done through the SureCall Cloud app.

What is the Return Policy?

All SureCall units, including the 5X Max, can be returned within 30 days. It also comes with a 3-year warranty.
