It includes a Bolton Quicksilver Yagi antenna that mounts outside to maximize signal capture. Directional with higher gain than standard whip antennas, the Yagi antenna maintains smoother communication with your provider's cell tower to deliver the strongest, clearest cell signal possible directly to your router. With incredible reach up to 5 miles, it enables reliable internet connectivity even in rural or low-signal areas.
Featuring the innovative Smart SOCA by Cellular Path, setting up the Yagi antenna is easy. Forget finding your carrier’s cell tower and manually aiming. It auto-performs a multi-point 360° signal scan and precisely aligns the Yagi antenna. Setup and adjustments are managed through the Cellular Path app.
Smart SOCA requires an internet connection to communicate with Cellular Paths’s servers, enabling the transmission of collected RF data to the portal and reception of remote commands. It supports a WiFi or cellular connection with a SIM card. A Verizon SIM card with 1 year of complimentary service is included for the SOCA (optional use).

The main difference is the type of outdoor antenna included in each kit:
- The Yagi is a SISO antenna with high gain up to 11 dBi and a narrow radiation beam to reach cell towers up to 5 miles (depends on signal conditions). It is ideal for locations where maximizing range is top priority.
- The Panel is a 2x2 MIMO antenna. It has a wider radiation beam than the Yagi and up to 11 dBi gain. Directional and cross-polarized, it will improve communication with cell towers and increase throughput for faster speeds and greater connection stability.
Both are great performers for rural or low-signal areas where users rely on cellular routers for their connectivity needs.
On average, the Smart SOCA completes a full scan and alignment in about 4 minutes.
During setup, the Smart SOCA scans for your selected carrier’s signal as well as all other available carriers in your area. It collects comprehensive cellular signal data and analyzes signal strength and quality to determine the best antenna position.
The Smart SOCA requires an internet connection to connect to Cellular Path’s servers. This allows it to transmit collected RF signal data and receive remote antenna alignment commands.
It can connect through a local WiFi network or use the cellular network with an active SIM card. An optional SIM card with 1 year of service is included in the bundle.
If signal conditions change or you change carriers, you can easily reposition the antenna using the Cellular Path app. You won't need to worry about time-consuming manual adjustments.
