The Real Picture of
Cell Signal Across Houston

Houston businesses across every industry struggle with inconsistent indoor cellular coverage. Building material, facility layout, and location all work against cellular signal before it ever reaches the people inside. What performs reliably outside rarely translates once you step through the doors. Enter your zip code below to see what cellular signal reliability looks like in your area.

Your zip code has
What does this mean?
How can I fix my signal?
The most proven solution for your area is a commercial signal booster. It captures available outside cellular signal, amplifies it, and distributes it throughout the area that needs it. No new carrier equipment required.

Why does signal fail inside buildings?

It’s a mix of obstacles working against you. Concrete, steel, and glass weaken signal, modern buildings are built for efficiency—not connectivity—and in high-traffic areas, network congestion can slow things down even more.

What about the bars on my device?

Signal bars are subjective across devices and only tell part of the story. For a more accurate read, check signal strength in dBm (decibel-milliwatts). As a general guide, -80 to -100 is good, -100 to -110 dBm is fair, and -110 to -120 dBm is poor.

Is my building a good fit?

If usable cell signal is available outside, a commercial signal booster can be customized to fit any building or campus. Because every facility is different, each project begins with a site survey to design a solution aligned with your layout, coverage goals, and budget. Most installations are completed within a week and scheduled to minimize disruption to daily operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Does a Cell Phone Booster Work?

Cell phone signal boosters capture existing cellular signals via a donor antenna, amplify them, and rebroadcast them inside through a system of indoor antennas. Bi-directional, they also strengthen communication back to nearby cell towers, reducing connection drops. For more information, visit our article on How Signal Boosters Work.

Installation is critical for optimal performance. In commercial spaces, professional installation ensures proper antenna placement and equipment setup maximizing signal coverage and minimizing dead zones.

What's the Benefit of a Site Survey?

A site survey gives our installation team the opportunity to assess your site's signal environment, including dBm levels, SNR, wave patterns, and more. It also allows our team to get a feel for the layout of your building(s), determine optimal routes for running cable, and figure out what building material may pose challenges for a successful installation.

Will Your Systems Cover 5G?

We have a couple of signal boosters that cover popular 5G bands, such as T-Mobile's 600 MHz band and C-Band. Most of our boosters are 5G ready and work with low-band 5G signals operating on 700-2200 MHz frequencies. However, several systems have software updates planned that will automatically incorporate the 5G spectrum into their coverage.

A signal booster works by capturing existing signal, amplifying it, and rebroadcasting it within a confined space (not outdoors), so as long as they're capable of enhancing it, they can.

Do Your Solutions Work With All Carriers?

Most of our commercial-grade signal boosting solutions are carrier-agnostic. They work with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Every device in your workforce benefits from improved coverage regardless of provider.

Is there Any Device Number Restriction on Your Systems?

The number of devices that can make use of the increased cell signal provided by our system depends on the power of the booster and the capacity of the towers. As a general rule, if you buy a commercial system, you should not have to worry much about capacity.

A major cause of poor signal is building material. We strongly recommend a system design before making any major equipment purchases, as our expert team of designers is well-versed in signal loss from internal obstructions.

What Sort of Warranties or Guarantees Do You Offer?

We offer 2-3 year warranties on all our systems, a year on all labor, and lifetime technical support. Should your system require maintenance, our team will return to your site to make any necessary adjustments or changes and ensure it's working as optimally as possible.

We also guarantee the professionalism of our employees, and will schedule their visit based on what works for you. The installation itself will be conducted in such a manner as to not inconvenience your normal operation.
