Coming soon! The Smart SOCA by Cellular Path is designed to make directional antenna setup faster, simpler, and more accurate for optimal cellular router or cellular booster performance. Built with a rotator, signal meter, and controller, it automatically scans and positions the mounted antenna towards the best 5G/4G LTE connection in about 4 minutes – eliminating the guesswork of manual alignment.
The controller transmits collected signal data to the Cellular Path app or web interface via a WiFi or cellular connection for remote control. If unable to access the local WiFi network, an active SIM card is required. The SOCA portal provides signal metrics across all available carrier bands, recalibration options, visibility to multiple accounts, and more. Should signal conditions change, alerts enable quick action to maintain optimal connectivity while eliminating costly service visits for integrators.
Engineered with challenging outdoor conditions in mind, the Smart SOCA is IPx2 rated, operates in extreme temperatures from -20° F to 140° F, and endures wind gusts up to 90 mph. Not your standard cellular antenna mount, it's perfect for DIY business setups or professional integrators to achieve and maintain peak connectivity.

How Does the Smart SOCA Work?
The Smart SOCA uses innovative technology to perform a 360-degree sweep, stopping at 12 points to find the best signal for your carrier. Once the scan is complete, the Smart SOCA will automatically aim your directional antenna to the most optimal cell tower with precision, eliminating guesswork and optimizing the performance of cellular routers or cellular boosters.
The controller requires an internet connection via WiFi or cellular with an active SIM card to establish communication with the SOCA portal for remote control.
Why Does the Smart SOCA Need a WiFi or Cellular Connection?
The Smart SOCA requires a WiFi or cellular connection to transmit captured signal data to the monitoring portal and receive remote readjustment commands.
Does the Smart SOCA Require a SIM Card, and Where Do I Get One?
Not necessarily. The Smart SOCA can run on a local WiFi network. However, if unable to access the local WiFi network, an active SIM card is required to establish a link with the SOCA portal through the cellular network. The SIM card can be obtained from any cellular provider with a low-data plan.
What Devices Does the Smart SOCA Support?
The Smart SOCA can be used with any cellular router or cellular signal booster.
Is the Smart SOCA Only for Directional Antennas?
Yes. The Smart SOCA is designed specifically for use with directional MIMO or SISO antennas that require precise alignment for optimal signal performance.
Can I Install Multiple Antennas on a Single Smart SOCA?
The Smart SOCA is intended to control a single antenna per unit.
