The Max BR1 Mini 5G router by Peplink offers blazing fast speeds up to 3.4 Gbps. With support for both Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) 5G, it’s ready to future-proof your network. Easily connect POS systems, security cameras, laptops, tablets, and other business-critical devices via WiFi 5 or Ethernet.
To maximize your setup’s performance, this bundle includes the Poynting 2x2 MIMO XPOL panel antenna. Unlike standard whip antennas that struggle receiving a strong cell signal due to obstructions, the outdoor-mounted cross-polarized directional panel captures stronger, cleaner 5G/4G LTE signals and delivers them directly to the router for improved speed, efficiency, coverage, and stability.
Featuring the innovative Cellular Path Smart SOCA, deploying the directional Yagi antennas has never been easier. You don't have to worry about finding your carrier's cell tower or manually aiming. It auto-performs a multi-point 360° signal scan and precisely aligns the Yagi antenna for peak connectivity from day one. Setup and adjustments are managed through the Cellular Path app. IT professionals and integrators can keep an eye on multiple systems from one central platform, virtually eliminating truck rolls.
Smart SOCA requires an internet connection to communicate with Cellular Paths’s servers, enabling the transmission of collected RF data to the portal and reception of remote commands. It supports a WiFi or cellular connection with a SIM card. A Verizon SIM card with 1 year of complimentary service is included for the SOCA (optional use).
Compatible with Peplink's SpeedFusion, InTouch, and InControl2, you have all the tools to create a resilient business network with remote network and device management capabilities.

No. The Cellular Path app is designed to control the Smart SOCA system only, including alignment, rescans, and remote adjustments. The BR1 Mini 5G router can be managed separately through its own portal.
The cellular router needs a SIM card or eSIM to access the cellular network, which requires a data plan with a monthly fee. Peplink's SpeedFusion, InControl2, and InTouch services require a subscription (available through Peplink) for continued use after the first year.
