Once an RMS package is purchased, the user will receive an email with their RMS activation code to the email they provided during purchase. The email contains the code and instructions on how to access the Teltonika RMS platform.
RMS credits that have been activated are non-refundable. If an RMS credit has not been activated, it can be refunded within 60 days of purchase.

Each RMS license is valid for one router. You should purchase the number of routers you have multiplied by the number of months you would require RMS services.
