The Cel-Fi QUATRA Network Unit for AT&T is one half of the complete Cel-Fi Quatra Smart Signal Booster by Nextivity. The Quatra is part of the next generation of intelligent signal boosters. Because all Cel-Fi products are designed and developed using the most advanced radio frequency and signal processing technology.
With up to +100 dB gain of amplification, it greatly enhances 3G & 4G LTE cell service for all your wireless devices (smartphones, notebooks, hotspots, etc.) on any AT&T. The Network Unit (NU) pulls in existing signal and the Coverage Unit (CU) broadcasts amplified signal up to 50,000 sq ft. One NU can support up to 4 CUs for coverage area up to 200,000 sq ft.
Unlike multi-carrier signal boosters with a limit of +70 dB, Cel-Fi’s single-carrier solution can boost signal up to +100 dB. That’s a difference of +30 dB or up to 1000x more power compared to multi-carrier boosters.
The Quatra also features PoE (power of ethernet) Cat5e cables instead of coax cables, because digital signal maintains better signal quality compared to analog coax cables that have signal degradation with long distances. This unique feature allows for longer cable runs (up to 325 feet) and superior signal compared to the competition.
